My Journey

As a dedicated cycling coach, I strive to empower cyclists of all levels. With years of experience spanning grand tour stage wins, creating and managing a UK elite womens team, and helping everyday cyclists improve their health and fitness. I create personalised training plans that build fitness, endurance, and confidence. My mission is to guide you every pedal of the way, ensuring you achieve your cycling goals while enjoying the ride. With a PhD in exercise physiology and qualified UCI coach, my approach is centered on a deep understanding of training principles, sports science, and personalized coaching. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training plans. Instead, I take the time to understand your unique goals, lifestyle, and athletic background to create a program that is truly your own. I am dedicated to providing continuous feedback, answering your questions, and adjusting your plan as needed, so you can stay on track and motivated.
